I help companies clarify their value, tell a stronger story and build the systems that keep it working.

Your customers understand your value after a good conversation. The trouble is, you cannot personally attend every website visit, sales meeting and introduction.
Meanwhile, the team is making content. Sales is making its own deck. The founder is explaining everything again. Everyone is busy. The story is doing considerably less overtime.
I help make the value clear, give the team a shared direction and build the assets and editorial rhythm that carry the story further.
I work with leaders to decide what matters, who needs to hear it and what should happen next. Then I help put that strategy into the work: a sharper pitch, a better partner deck, an executive interview, a useful campaign or a publishing system the team can actually run.
My background spans Apple, CableLabs, Blockchains and Rad Muse. The common thread is making complex work understandable, giving people a reason to care and helping a team deliver on the promise.
Find the tension a person can feel.
Give it a voice worth following.
Create a system that keeps it moving.
Watch what people do next.

At CableLabs, I conceived 4Front and created its contribution strategy, sponsor narrative, copy and visual design. Then the pandemic canceled the live event.
The speakers were committed. Their ideas still mattered. So I turned the speaker network into the 4Front Podcast for the CableLabs community.
I created and published 56 long-form episodes, personally recruiting guests, researching and hosting the conversations, editing audio, writing marketing copy, cutting clips and publishing across the website and social channels.
Guests included Stephanie Mehta, Rana el Kaliouby and Shoshana Zuboff. One conversation became an entire content engine.
Original 2020 event proposal. The proposed live event did not take place.
Your team captures the inside story. Customers and fans show how it lands. The Social Engine gives those moments somewhere to go.
I built the product strategy, service model, editorial prompts and workflows that turn community media into account-specific content ready for human approval.
Implementations include work for 7S Management artists and a Spirit of CAN pilot. Different audiences. Different voices. A consistent operating process.

The image is evidence. The observation is the story.

At Blockchains, I translated technical capabilities into business benefits and created all copy, graphics and layout for a five-page product-marketing PDF.
The work explained the Business Portal, SDK and immersive experiences to prospective business partners. The craft was making a complicated offer understandable enough to discuss.
Copywriting, graphic design and document layout
Original 2023 product-development collateral. The benefits describe the intended offering, not measured results.
At Apple, a waiting customer might be worried about the photographs, thesis or livelihood inside a device. The numbers were operational. The stakes were personal.
I combined customer feedback, service data and team coaching to improve how the team worked.
This is the operating discipline I bring to creative work: understand the human problem, change the process and measure what happens.
Average Net Promoter improvements: 16 points for Availability and 6 points for Wait Time.
A focused engagement to sharpen your positioning, identify the priority audience and build the first assets around a clear next move. Useful before a launch, a new market push or a sales narrative reset.
A 90-day starting engagement for companies that need a senior partner to connect executive storytelling, editorial direction, sales and partnership assets, and team execution. We agree the priorities, responsibilities and measures before work begins.
A separate implementation service for turning community media into approved brand content. Available when a repeatable publishing workflow is the missing piece.
Best fit: a proven offer, access to decision-makers and a team ready to use the work.
You have done the hard work of building something.
